This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Symptoms of DVT
- No alternative diagnosis better explains the illness
- Tachycardia with pulse > 100
- Immobilization (>= 3 days) or surgery in the previous four weeks
- Prior history of DVT or pulmonary embolism
- Presence of hemoptysis
- Presence of malignancy
